Return Policy:

At Mago Mountain Works we strive for complete customer satisfaction and we know the importance of a good return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return the item to the original place of purchase for a replacement, exchange or refund.  For a cash refund you must have purchased the product from our online store.

To ensure the package reaches us in Montana use a traceable method such as UPS, Fed Ex, or US Mail (delivery confirmation). Mago will not be responsible for packages lost in transit to our local and will only assume responsibility once it is signed for upon being received. If there are any discrepancies with your order or you want to return an item, please call us at 406-570-6039 Monday-Friday – 8am to 5pm (Rocky Mountain Time).

Our Andean textiles are varied in both color and design.  We will make every attempt to get you the bag you want, we do not accept returns based on dissatisfaction with colors or designs due to the large variability and uniqueness of each and every bag

Return/Exchange instructions:
1. Include a note with your full name, return address and a daytime phone number. List what you are sending back, the reason for the return and indicate if you would like the item replaced, repaired or refunded

2. Expect a 2-3 week delay in exchanges/returns if the item is in stock, if it is not you can pick another product or ask for a refund.

3. Original items sent in for warranty replacement will not be returned. If we can’t repair or replace an item and you wish to have it sent back as is, please indicate this on your return.
